The Compliance Specialist manages certified payroll and prevailing wage compliance, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local labor regulations. They also monitor apprenticeship requirements, conduct internal audits, and support corrective actions to resolve wage or classification discrepancies.
Overview:
The Compliance Specialist supports compliance with certified payroll requirements, prevailing wage laws, and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) prevailing wage and apprenticeship (PWA) regulations. This role reviews payroll and labor compliance records, identifies discrepancies, monitors apprenticeship requirements, maintains documentation, and supports corrective actions. The Compliance Specialist serves as a subject matter resource on prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance and works closely with internal TrueBlue functional teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met.

Work Environment
Salary Range: $64,700 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and geographic location.
Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
