Compliance Project Manager

Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to provide GenOps Support, assisting senior leadership with operational execution, coordination, and organization. This role requires strong operational management skills, the ability to move quickly across shifting priorities, and comfort operating as a hybrid between an Executive Assistant and a Project Manager. You will support senior leaders directly, help run Quarterly Updates (QUs) and Team meetings, keep operational work moving end-to-end, and bring a working understanding of compliance requirements to projects that touch regulated business units.

As a Compliance Project Manager, you will provide excellence by:

• Providing direct operational and administrative support to senior leaders (L4s), functioning as an extension of their workflow.

• Organizing and driving Quarterly Updates (QUs), Team meetings, and other recurring leadership touchpoints.

• Managing day-to-day operational tasks with speed and accuracy, adapting quickly as priorities shift.

• Tracking and documenting issues, tasks, and projects through to completion, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

• Assisting in developing and implementing operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Itemizing, reviewing, and tracking tasks or projects to ensure ongoing updates and progress. Able to get a project done end-to-end.

• Working closely with team members across multiple departments, including Compliance, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

• Facilitating discussions to address operational issues and providing updates on project progress.

• Serving as a reliable point of contact for operational inquiries and issue resolution.

• Helping maintain visibility into compliance-related action items and following up with stakeholders to keep them on track.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, project management, executive support, or a related field.

• Exceptional organizational skills with solid attention to detail.

• Strong judgment and the ability to work smart and independently.

• Ability to move fast without sacrificing accuracy, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-change environment.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency, speed, and accuracy in written communication.

• Fluent, clear, and well-articulated in English.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Familiarity with compliance or regulatory operations (e.g., within fintech or another highly regulated industry) is a plus.

• Flexibility to work US Pacific Time hours (8 AM to 5 PM) with a one-hour break.

• Must be presently residing in the Philippines.
