Compliance Officer

We are looking for a Legal & Compliance Specialist to join our team and support the Head of Legal across a broad range of legal, regulatory, compliance, and corporate matters.

Role Overview

As a Legal & Compliance Specialist, you will support the day-to-day legal and compliance operations of the business, helping ensure that Gamdom and its group entities remain compliant with applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and internal policies.

You will work closely with the Head of Legal and various teams across the business, assisting with regulatory matters, B2B KYC, responsible gambling, contract management, audits, compliance research, and internal legal projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with compiling and completing B2B KYC processes and documentation.

• Draft, review, and prepare various legal and corporate documents, including internal policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Monitor ongoing licensing obligations across group entities, including renewal deadlines, filing requirements, licence conditions, and regulatory reporting obligations.

• Support Responsible Gambling activities, including monitoring end-user requests and assisting with relevant reporting requirements.

• Assist with the administration of internal committees and subcommittees, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action points.

• Assist with internal and external compliance audits, including preparing relevant documentation and coordinating follow-up actions.

• Maintain and update the company's contract management system, ensuring contracts are properly stored, tracked, and kept up to date.

• Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, particularly those relating to iGaming, gaming licences, Responsible Gambling, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).

• Conduct legal and compliance research to support business decisions and keep the team informed of relevant regulatory and industry developments.

• Assist in identifying potential legal and compliance risks and contribute to developing appropriate mitigation measures.

• Support the Head of Legal in tracking ongoing projects, monitoring deadlines, and providing updates on key milestones.

• Provide general legal and compliance support across the business as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a legal or compliance role, ideally within a B2C or B2B company or a law firm with a focus on the iGaming industry.

• Strong knowledge of iGaming regulations and licensing requirements, including licence renewals, regulatory reporting, and ongoing licensing obligations.

• Strong experience and demonstrated ability in drafting and reviewing policies and procedures.

• Good understanding of Responsible Gambling, AML, and regulatory compliance principles.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.

• Strong sense of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential legal and corporate information.

Nice to Have

• Experience working directly with iGaming regulators or licensing authorities.

• Experience with multiple international gaming licences and regulatory frameworks.

• Familiarity with contract management systems and compliance tools.

• Legal qualification or degree in Law, Compliance, or a related field.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, international, remote-first environment.
