About the role
Turing runs one of the world’s largest networks of vetted technical talent, onboarding contributors across more than 100 countries to work on frontier AI and enterprise engagements. Trust in that network starts with knowing, with confidence, that every person we engage is who they say they are, is eligible to work with us, and is not a sanctions or fraud risk. That is what this role protects.
As a Compliance Analyst, you own the quality and integrity of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and identity verification program. You will review and adjudicate verification cases, audit decisions made across our verification operation, detect emerging identity and document-fraud patterns, and turn what you find into sharper policy, cleaner process, and better-trained reviewers. You will make independent calls on ambiguous cases where the answer is not in the playbook, and you will raise the bar for everyone screening alongside you.
This is a hands-on, high-volume operations role for someone with deep KYC/AML judgment who is as comfortable making the hard decision on a single case as they are spotting the systemic pattern across thousands. You will work remotely, across time zones, with talent and stakeholders around the world.
