Commission Only AV Transportation Remote Recruiter

Royalty Staffing is seeking an experienced AV Transportation Recruiter to support hiring for a fast-growing autonomous vehicle (AV) transportation company. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring drivers and transportation-related talent. This role is commission only.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Proven recruiting experience in transportation, logistics, driver, or operations roles
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver hires quickly
• Existing database/network of drivers is a major plus
• Access to your own sourcing tools and recruiting resources preferred
• AV, mobility, transportation, or logistics industry experience is a plus
