About the Role:

The Commercial Operations Analyst will supports Revenue Operations by ensuring data integrity, supporting sales and customer success processes and assisting with ongoing process improvement initiatives. This position will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product and the greater Revenue Operations team to ensure efficient quote to cash workflows, data accuracy and reliable business reporting.

In this role, you will:

• Support day-to-day administration of Salesforce and related commercial systems.
• Assist with account hierarchy maintenance.
• Support forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting activities.
• Help monitor adherence to commercial processes and governance standards.

• Support KPI tracking across Sales, Customer Success, and Commercial Operations teams.

• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system enhancements.
• Support system implementations and process improvement projects.

• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and IT teams to resolve operational issues.
• Help maintain business documentation and operational knowledge repositories.
• Participate in meetings and provide project coordination support when needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of commercial operations experience
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• Analytical and problem-solving mind
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• English proficiency required (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with global colleagues, customers, and business partners.

• Customer focused
• Effective time management
• Experience using Excel, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce

Compensation and Benefits

This position has a starting salary range of $450,000 - $500,000 MXN per year. The range represents what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting. An employee’s pay within the range is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, education, qualifications, experience, performance, business or organizational needs, and geographic location.
