We're looking for driven, relationship-oriented Sales professionals in Colombia, who want to play a key role in shaping the future of international manufacturing.
This isn't a traditional sales position.
You'll work directly with company leadership, engage with innovative product companies, build relationships with manufacturing businesses around the world, and gain exposure to industries that are shaping the future of production and technology.
You'll be part of a growing international team helping companies bring new products to market while building a global manufacturing network.
Identify and engage manufacturers across technologies including:
CNC Machining
Injection Molding
Additive Manufacturing / 3D Printing
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Precision Manufacturing
Learn about supplier capabilities, production capacity, materials, certifications, and specialties
Help expand Trustbridge's international manufacturing partner network
Build long-term relationships with suppliers across Asia, North America, and other global markets
Connect with startups, engineering teams, and product companies developing new products
Introduce Trustbridge's engineering and manufacturing solutions
Help customers identify the right manufacturing partners for their projects
Support companies looking to accelerate product development and reduce sourcing risks
Conduct outreach through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Identify new opportunities for engineering services and manufacturing projects
Position Trustbridge as a trusted partner throughout the product development process
Work directly with leadership based in California
Share market insights and customer feedback
Contribute to commercial growth strategies
Help shape how Trustbridge expands internationally
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities
Experience in sales, business development, account management, recruiting, customer success, or client-facing roles
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to confidently engage with business leaders and technical professionals
Experience in manufacturing, engineering services, industrial sales, sourcing, supply chain, procurement, or technology sales
Familiarity with manufacturing technologies such as CNC machining, injection molding, 3D printing, or fabrication processes
Experience working with U.S. companies or international clients
Additional language skills are a plus, including:
Mandarin
Japanese
Korean
Portuguese
Within your first year, you will:
Expand Trustbridge's network of qualified manufacturing suppliers
Identify new project opportunities for engineering and manufacturing services
Build trusted relationships with product companies and manufacturing partners
Contribute directly to revenue growth
Help establish Trustbridge as a leading global manufacturing partner
Work with companies and manufacturers across North America, Asia-Pacific, and other international markets.
Collaborate closely with experienced founders and company leadership rather than operating through multiple management layers.
