Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed clinical supervisor (LPC-S, LCSW-S, or LMFT-S) to provide therapy services and clinical supervision to therapists pursuing licensure. This role is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, innovation, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide therapy, and maintain clinical documentation.
- Supervise pre-licensed clinicians working toward independent licensure.
- Collaborate with clients, families, medical providers, case managers, and other professionals.
- Develop effective, creative interventions to help clients meet treatment goals.
- Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervisee hours.
- Participate in clinical meetings, consultations, and ongoing training.
- Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field.
- Active LPC-S, LCSW-S, or LMFT-S credential with required supervisor training.
- Experience completing intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Strong communication skills and professional boundaries.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Proficiency with Office 365 and electronic health record systems; Valant experience is a plus.
- It would also be cool if you've been credentialed with insurance before.
