In this role, you will:

  • Lead and support clinical teams to deliver outstanding participant care.

  • Oversee service operations to ensure safe staffing and efficient patient flow.

  • Drive quality and governance through effective risk, incident and complaint management.

  • Monitor performance and improve services using KPIs, feedback and continuous improvement initiatives.

📚 Experience and Qualifications We’re Looking For

  • Clinical leadership and operations experience

  • Hold a recognised clinical qualification and professional registration relevant to healthcare practice (e.g. Nurse, Paramedic, Allied Health Professional or equivalent).
