AI Summary

The role focuses on quality improvement through structured chart reviews and providing actionable input for product development. Additionally, the specialist will conduct clinical audits, review marketing content for accuracy, and support clinical operations.

MEDvidi is a multi-state telehealth behavioral health organization making high-quality psychiatric care accessible, safe, and consistent. Our clinician-led Clinical Operations team sets the standard for how care is delivered, documented, and continuously improved, including within our proprietary EMR.

The Role

We're looking for an APRN with extensive experience in psychiatry who loves the details of good clinical care and wants to shape the tools clinicians use every day. Your primary focus is quality improvement through structured chart review, turning what you find into clear, actionable input for our product team. When chart review and product needs are lighter, you'll flex into clinical audits, provider interviews, and clinical review of marketing content to keep our messaging accurate and on-brand.

Responsibilities

Quality Improvement & Product Support

  • Conduct structured chart reviews to assess documentation quality, clinical decision-making, and adherence to MEDvidi standards and SOPs to improve our proprietary AI Scribe.
  • Identify documentation gaps, workflow friction, and safety risks, and translate findings into clear, prioritized recommendations for our proprietary EMR.

Marketing Clinical Content Review

  • Review articles, blog posts, and patient-facing content for clinical accuracy, appropriateness, and alignment with MEDvidi's brand and voice.
  • Flag claims or language that raise regulatory or safety concerns, particularly around controlled substances and treatment outcomes.
  • Provide clear, timely edits and partner with the Marketing team to keep messaging both compelling and clinically sound.

Clinical Audits

  • Support documentation, prescribing, and compliance audits across our multi-state practice.
  • Summarize findings, document trends, and support follow-up on corrective actions.

Provider Interviews & Clinical Admin Support

  • Conduct clinical interviews with psychiatric provider candidates and share structured assessments of clinical knowledge and fit.
  • Support Clinical Operations with SOP updates, project tracking, and other administrative needs as they arise.

Requirements

Required

  • Active, unrestricted APRN license in at least one U.S. state.
  • 2+ years of clinical experience in psychiatry or behavioral health.
  • Strong command of psychiatric documentation standards and controlled substance prescribing practices.
  • Excellent written communication and editing skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and translate clinical insight into practical recommendations.

Preferred

  • Board certification as a PMHNP (PMHNP-BC).
  • Telehealth experience and multi-state licensure.
  • Experience with chart audits, quality improvement, clinical informatics, or EMR product work.
  • Experience reviewing or creating health content for patient or public audiences.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.

Compensation & Schedule

$65,000 annual salary for a part-time, 20-hour-per-week salaried position. Fully remote with flexible scheduling within core business hours.

Equal Opportunity Employer Statement

MEDvidi is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and contractors. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
