The Opportunity:

The Business Intelligence Associate Analyst supports the development and delivery of data-driven insights within a healthcare revenue cycle management organization. This role focuses on gathering, validating, and preparing data for reporting and analysis to help stakeholders make informed decisions. The position applies foundational analytical skills and works under close supervision to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables. Collects data from internal systems and external sources to support reporting needs. Validates data accuracy and completeness before analysis or distribution. Prepares standard reports and dashboards using established templates and tools. Assists in identifying data discrepancies and escalate issues for resolution. Documents processes and maintain data integrity in reporting systems. Supports ad-hoc data requests by extracting and organizing relevant information. Collaborates with team members to ensure timely delivery of routine reporting tasks.
