As a Client Success Specialist (CSS), you’ll be the heart of our mission—supporting clients enrolled in our Debt Management Program and helping them achieve their financial goals. If you're eager to grow your financial knowledge - like learning how to calculate percentages, understand credit reporting, and review real-life financial documents - this role is for you.
