BUSY BEE ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES INC. is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our Client Services & Operations department. This is a full-time, remote position based in Washington, DC, offering an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to support client relationships and coordinate day-to-day service operations within the environmental services industry.
As a Client Services Coordinator, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients while supporting internal teams with scheduling, service coordination, work orders, documentation, and follow-up. You will work closely with clients, field teams, and management to ensure service requests are handled efficiently, information is communicated accurately, and client needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
This role is ideal for an organized and customer-focused professional who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, solving problems, maintaining accurate records, and helping deliver a consistent client experience.
Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, service requests, and follow-ups
• Coordinate client requests, work orders, schedules, and service-related activities
• Communicate with clients regarding service status, scheduling, updates, and resolutions
• Maintain accurate client records, service documentation, and operational reports
• Monitor open requests and follow up with appropriate team members to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with field personnel and operations teams to address client needs
• Assist with preparing reports, service summaries, and client-related documentation
• Respond to client concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
• Track service performance, pending requests, and outstanding client issues
• Support customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to client services
• Identify opportunities to improve client communication and service processes
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling client and company information
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, operations, administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple client requests and priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar business applications
• Experience working with scheduling, work-order, CRM, or service-management systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Professional and customer-focused approach when communicating with clients
• Ability to collaborate effectively with operations, field, and management teams
• Experience in environmental services, janitorial services, facilities management, or a similar service-based industry is a plus
