Job Summary/Objective

Planet Nine is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our international fleet, ensuring exceptional service delivery and coordination across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a strong focus on efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with internal departments and external customers to help maintain the highest standards in our global operations.

Location

Must reside in the UK/Remote

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communication with clients for trip related updates and needs
  • Communicate with other departments any operational needs or concerns
  • Input relevant trip details into scheduling software
  • Coordination of regulatory requirements i.e. APIS and eSecure filing
  • Adhere to Planet Nine’s operational policies, safety procedures, and regulatory standards by completing required training and maintaining compliance across all assigned duties.
  • Adapt to evolving priorities by performing additional tasks or projects as needed to support team and organizational goals

 

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in aviation management software (FOS) and flight tracking systems
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience Requirements

  • 3 years international aviation experience – 135 operations preferred

  • Not Applicable

Travel Requirements (if applicable)

  • Occasional travel as needed, one to two trips a year
