IBM Verify Support Specialist – (Spanish Required)

Job Summary

  • Provide L2 support for IBM Verify and IAM-related services in a 24/7 shift-based environment
  • Support a global user base by delivering technical troubleshooting, monitoring, and issue resolution
  • Work across authentication, access management, and identity lifecycle processes
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with users and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 support for IBM Verify and IAM-related services
  • Monitor systems and respond to alerts in a 24/7 operations environment
  • Troubleshoot authentication, SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle issues
  • Resolve user access, provisioning, and federation-related incidents
  • Perform incident management, ticket tracking, and root cause analysis
  • Support onboarding, provisioning, and deprovisioning processes
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with engineering and escalation teams on complex issues
  • Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking users and stakeholders
  • Participate in rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years supporting IBM Verify or similar IAM platforms (Okta, Azure AD, Ping)
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts (SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth)
  • Experience in a production support or shift-based environment preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
