Position Summary Details

The Client Relationship Executive III is the most senior individual contributor on the Client Relationships team and serves as the strategic relationship leader for Xsolis’ largest, most complex, and highest-impact health system clients. This role owns the overall client partnership, including retention, renewal strategy, expansion, executive alignment, value realization, product adoption, client satisfaction, and risk mitigation across the full breadth of the client’s engagement with Xsolis. The Client Relationship Executive III is expected to operate as a trusted advisor to senior client leaders, translate client priorities into actionable account strategies, and orchestrate cross-functional Xsolis resources to deliver measurable outcomes and long-term partnership value. 
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Own and execute comprehensive strategic client plans for assigned accounts, including retention, renewal, growth, relationship development, value realization, product adoption, and risk mitigation strategies. 
  • Serve as the primary strategic relationship leader and trusted advisor for assigned clients, maintaining a strong relational footprint across operational, clinical, revenue cycle, IT, finance, managed care, and executive leadership stakeholders. 
  • Lead renewal strategy and execution for assigned clients, proactively identifying risks, aligning internal stakeholders, developing strategy, and driving contracts to completion in partnership with Sales, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership. 
  • Identify, develop, and advance expansion opportunities across the Xsolis portfolio by connecting client priorities and operational challenges to relevant solutions and measurable business value. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s strategic priorities, organizational structure, workflows, performance goals, technology environment, and evolving business needs to inform account strategy and Xsolis engagement. 
  • Lead executive-level business reviews and strategic partnership discussions that clearly communicate outcomes, adoption, value, opportunities, risks, and recommended next steps. 
  • Establish and maintain effective client operating cadences, ensuring performance, utilization, reporting, service delivery, open issues, and strategic initiatives are consistently reviewed and advanced. 
  • Monitor client health and proactively identify retention, adoption, satisfaction, operational, competitive, and relationship risks. Develop and lead cross-functional action plans to address issues before they impact the partnership. 
  • Partner with Product, Clinical, Data/Analytics, Implementation, Support, IT/Interoperability, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to align resources and ensure client and business objectives are achieved. 
  • Ensure clients understand and realize value across all contracted products and services, including appropriate utilization of reporting, analytics, workflows, and available optimization opportunities. 
  • Translate client feedback, market trends, and emerging needs into actionable insights for Xsolis leadership and cross-functional partners, advocating for the client while balancing company priorities and commercial objectives. 
  • Build client advocacy by developing executive champions and securing participation in references, case studies, webinars, advisory councils, peer discussions, product feedback forums, and other strategic activities when appropriate. 
  • Support health plan and payer strategy within assigned accounts, including opportunities to expand payer connectivity and advance workflows that strengthen the value of the Xsolis partnership. 
  • Maintain accurate account strategy, opportunity, renewal, risk, relationship, and activity information in designated client engagement and CRM tools. 
  • Achieve annual retention, renewal, and growth objectives as established by company leadership. 
  • Up to 60% travel. 
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) 
 
Education: 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred. 
Experience: 
  • Minimum 10+ years of Account Management, Client Success, Sales, Consulting, or related experience, including at least 5 years managing large, complex healthcare customers such as multi-facility health systems, revenue cycle organizations, healthcare SaaS clients, or enterprise technology partnerships. 
  • Demonstrated success owning strategic relationships with large, complex customers and building trusted relationships with Director, VP, and C-suite stakeholders. 
  • Proven track record of driving revenue retention, complex renewals, contract execution, and account growth. 
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect client priorities, measurable value, product capabilities, and financial considerations to retention and expansion strategy. 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans, identify risk early, and lead complex cross-functional initiatives through resolution. 
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to lead strategic conversations with senior executives while effectively engaging operational users and internal stakeholders. 
  • Ability to synthesize complex performance, utilization, financial, and operational information into clear client narratives, recommendations, and executive-level presentations. 
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple complex accounts, priorities, projects, and commercial timelines simultaneously. 
  • Strong negotiation, influence, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills, including the ability to lead through influence in a highly cross-functional environment. 
  • Experience with CRM and client engagement platforms and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Healthcare revenue cycle, utilization management, clinical operations, or healthcare technology experience strongly preferred; CRCR or comparable industry certification preferred. 
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor peers and elevate team practices without requiring formal people-management authority. 
 
 
 
Working Environment and Travel Requirements
  • Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks.
  • Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Mostly sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. No significant stooping is usually required.
  • This role requires travel to our home offices in TN for training.
