- Preparing customer quotations, including sales price calculations, taking the competitive landscape into account
- Technical and commercial processing of customer orders
- Communicating regarding scheduling optimizations and delays
- After-sales services – communicating and managing complaints/returns
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Creating a positive customer experience through our services
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in customer service or sales
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written), Arabic language skills are a plus, but not required
- Strong customer focus
- Intercultural competence and teamwork skills
- Excellent time management skills and strong communication and coordination abilities
