Tuk Tuk Boom is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clerical Entry Assistant to support daily administrative operations through accurate data entry, document management, record maintenance, and general clerical assistance. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update company data into electronic databases and record systems.
  • Maintain accurate employee, customer, vendor, and inventory records.
  • Organize, file, scan, and archive physical and digital documents.
  • Review information for completeness and correct data discrepancies.
  • Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and business correspondence.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and administrative inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars as needed.
  • Support office operations with photocopying, filing, and document preparation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company records and sensitive information.
  • Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous clerical, administrative, or data entry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong typing and computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
