About the Role

We are looking for experienced mental health professionals specializing in trauma and abuse among children and adolescents to support an AI training and evaluation project focused on sensitive mental-health scenarios.

The role involves reviewing case-based content, assessing AI-generated guidance, and contributing expert feedback to ensure responses are clinically accurate, trauma-informed, ethical, and appropriate for vulnerable young people. No prior AI experience is required.

CONTRACT: Contractor

LOCATIONS: Remote - GLOBAL

NOTES: Candidates should have advanced clinical credentials and substantial experience working directly with young survivors of abuse.

Responsibilities

  • Review case-based scenarios involving child and adolescent abuse and trauma.
  • Evaluate AI-generated mental-health guidance for clinical accuracy, safety, and appropriateness.
  • Identify gaps, harmful assumptions, or clinically weak recommendations.
  • Apply trauma-informed care principles to content and evaluation tasks.
  • Contribute to best-practice guidance for supporting young abuse survivors.
  • Review content for ethical and safeguarding considerations.
  • Provide structured feedback to improve AI training data and model outputs.
  • Participate in iterative quality reviews with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Document recommendations clearly and consistently.

Requirements

  • Completed MD, PhD in Psychology, or PhD in Social Work.
  • Extensive clinical experience working with children or adolescents who are victims of abuse.
  • Strong expertise in trauma-informed care and interventions.
  • Current or recent clinical engagement with vulnerable youth.
  • Strong clinical judgment in complex trauma and abuse-related cases.
  • Ability to evaluate mental-health guidance for safety, ethics, and appropriateness.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality, safeguarding, and professional ethics.
