True Rx Health Strategists is seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our Executive Leadership Team and help lead the next chapter of growth for our organization.

Working closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, the COO will play a critical role in strengthening operations, advancing enterprise-wide initiatives, and positioning True Rx for long-term success.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive company priorities and long-term business objectives.
• Ensure organizational focus, alignment, and accountability across multiple functions.

• Provide executive oversight of operational and clinical functions.

Drive Innovation & Growth

• Identify emerging market trends, operational opportunities, and innovative solutions that support organizational growth.
• Partner with executive leadership to assess and advance strategic initiatives.
• Represent True Rx with clients, partners, industry stakeholders, and the broader healthcare community.

Lead People & Performance

• Inspire, coach, and develop high-performing leaders and teams.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, transparency, and results.
• Lead organizational change initiatives with confidence and purpose.

What You Bring

Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing required.
• MBA, MHA, MPH, or other advanced business degree preferred.

Experience

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), or a related industry.
• 10+ years of executive or senior leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading organizational growth, operational transformation, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Experience guiding complex organizations through periods of change and expansion.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated success developing teams and driving organizational performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced healthcare-related degree preferred.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Deep understanding of healthcare operations, clinical strategy, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
