Chief Digital and Information Officer

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CEO and serving on the Veralto Leadership Team, the CDIO will operate as both a strategic enterprise architect and pragmatic transformation leader, driving enterprise-wide change across a decentralized, global operating model. The Chief Digital & Information Officer will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape and execute this agenda—bringing cohesion, standardization, and scalability to a fragmented enterprise technology landscape while unlocking new sources of value through data, AI, and digital-enabled business innovation to further differentiate Veralto in the market.

The CDIO will play a central role in shaping how the company scales, competes, and creates value—positioning technology, data, and AI as core strategic pillars of the business. This leader will elevate digital, data, and AI from functional capabilities to enterprise-wide drivers of growth, margin expansion, and competitive differentiation, partnering closely with OpCo Presidents and functional leaders to embed digital innovation into commercial strategy, product development, operations, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

Enterprise Digital, Data & AI Strategy:

• Define and execute a bold, enterprise-wide digital, data, and AI strategy aligned to Veralto’s growth agenda

• Position data and AI as core drivers of business performance, customer value, and competitive advantage

• Establish governance and prioritization frameworks to align investments with enterprise strategy

AI & Advanced Analytics Transformation:

• Defining and lead a clear enterprise AI vision, including use cases across: Productivity and efficiency, End-to-end process transformation, Commercial and customer value creation, Product and service innovation

• Drive deployment of AI/LLMs and advanced analytics across the enterprise

• Ensure responsible AI governance, ethical standards, and scalable implementation

Digital Transformation & Business Integration

• Lead the simplification and modernization of a complex, multi-ERP Oracle ecosystem

• Drive platform standardization to enable scalability, operational efficiency, and M&A integration

• Establish a clear roadmap for enterprise systems and architecture

• Partner with OpCo Presidents and leadership teams to embed digital into:

• Commercial strategy, Product development, Customer experience and Operations

• Act as a thought partner and challenger to transform business models and ways of working

• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of digital capabilities

M&A Enablement & Integration

• Lead digital and IT integration for acquisitions

• Establish scalable platforms and processes to support rapid integration

• Enable value capture through technology-enabled synergies

Cybersecurity, Infrastructure & IT Operations:

• Ensure secure, resilient, and scalable global technology infrastructure

• Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management

• Optimize IT operations, vendor partnerships, and outsourced services

Culture & Talent Leadership

• Leaders at Veralto are expected to drive impact, challenge the status quo, and deliver results while building strong, collaborative relationships across the enterprise

• The CDIO will build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed team, develop next-generation capabilities across digital, data, and AI, and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

Board & Executive Engagement:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board

• Provide clear, actionable insights or digital strategy, cybersecurity, and technology performance

• Drive accountability and measurable ROI from digital investments

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership across digital, data, AI, and enterprise technology transformation

• Proven experience leading enterprise transformation within decentralized, multi-entity global organizations

• Demonstrated ability to reposition digital and IT from a support function to a driver of business value and growth

• Strong, demonstrable track record of: Enterprise transformation, AI and data strategy execution, Oracle ERP implementations and platform modernization, M&A integration and technology-enabled value capture

• Ability to influence at the CEO, Board, and executive leadership level

• Strong commercial acumen and clear understanding of how technology drives growth, margin expansion, and

customer value

• Proven talent leader with experience building and scaling high-performing teams

• Track record of influencing and driving alignment across diverse, autonomous business units

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be an enterprise-scale digital and technology leader who combines strategic vision with pragmatic execution, with a proven ability to drive transformation across complex, decentralized organizations. This individual will translate digital, data, and AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes and sustained enterprise

value creation.

Importantly, this leader will balance enterprise standardization with respect for Veralto’s operator-led culture—bringing discipline to platforms, data, and governance while preserving speed, innovation, and accountability at the OpCo level. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable shaping long-term strategy and delivering near-term impact, with a strong bias toward value creation, operational excellence, and scalable growth.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
