CHANGE MANAGMENT ANALYST |  IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT  | GUADALAJARA / REMOTE MEXICO

Travel obsessed? Big tech fan? Hey, you’re in good company. If you want to help make the technology behind modern travel more reliable, predictable and easier to change safely, then look no further.

Travelport is the brains behind lots of your travel bookings- plane, car or hotel. Our technology is used to book that magical holiday, infamous long-awaited bucket list trip or that overdue school reunion. While we can’t solve mosquito bites or lost luggage, we can simplify a lot of the technical parts of travel, and we’re looking for the best thinkers to help us do it. Behind that technology is a lot of change, and we’re looking for a Change Management Analyst to help our teams make those changes safely and effectively.

We’re hiring right now for a Change Management Analyst! Search for #LifeatTravelport on LinkedIn and hear from our amazing team.

How you’ll make an impact:

You’ll help keep change moving without letting speed come at the expense of stability. Working with engineering, operations, service teams and business stakeholders, you’ll help ensure changes are understood, appropriately assessed, properly scheduled and ready to implement. This is a hands-on opportunity to deepen your ITSM expertise while making a visible difference to how Travelport operates.

Your role in action:

• Coordinate the day-to-day Change Management process in ServiceNow and help teams create complete, actionable change records.

• Review changes for risk, timing, implementation and fallback readiness, escalating concerns when additional review or approval is needed.

• Support CAB and eCAB activities, including change review, decisions, communications and follow-up actions.

• Partner with Incident, Problem and other ITSM practices to identify change-related risks and opportunities to improve operational stability.

• Maintain change reporting and metrics, identify trends and help turn lessons learned into practical process improvements.

Could this be you?

• 3-5 years of experience in Change Management, IT Service Management or a closely related IT operations role.

• Working knowledge of ITIL 4 and core ITSM practices, including structured change, risk and approval processes.

• Hands-on ServiceNow Change Management experience, including workflows, approvals, scheduling and reporting.

• Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams in a global environment.
