The role drives operational consistency and capability across the café organization by developing training materials, SOPs, and operational resources. It also manages key administrative processes in SAP, including purchase requisitions and reconciliation, while partnering with field leadership to implement new initiatives.
The Café Training & Operations Lead drives consistency, capability, and operational effectiveness across the café organization. This role connects Field Leadership, District Managers, Coffee Trainers, Innovation/R&D, and Café Operations to ensure new products, processes, systems, and standards are effectively tested, documented, trained, and implemented in the field.
This role owns the development and ongoing maintenance of training materials, SOPs, operational resources, and field facing tools. The role partners closely with Innovation/R&D and Field Leadership to validate new processes and ensure they are practical, operationally ready, and supported with the appropriate training and resources before implementation.
The Café Training & Operations Lead also manages key administrative and operational processes within SAP for the Café organization, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related reconciliation activities.

The salary range for this full-time position is $85,000.00 - $134,200.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
