We’re looking for a hands-on Business Technology Solutions Engineer who can rapidly turn business requirements into working technical solutions.
This is a 70% technical/build and 30% customer-facing role for a technology generalist comfortable working across data, BI, APIs, integrations, SaaS applications, automation, AI, and lightweight application development.
What You’ll Do
Technical / Build — 70%

Rapidly prototype and build technical solutions and POCs.
- Develop data pipelines, transformations, BI dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Build and troubleshoot APIs, integrations, webhooks, and automation workflows.
- Integrate SaaS, CRM, ERP, and other business applications.
- Develop lightweight applications, scripts, connectors, and internal tools.
- Use AI-powered tools to accelerate development, analysis, automation, and problem-solving.
- Troubleshoot issues across applications, integrations, and data.
Customer / Business — 30%

Conduct requirements discovery and solution-design discussions.
- Translate business problems into practical technical solutions.
- Provide technical/business consulting and recommend solution approaches.
- Demonstrate prototypes and solutions to customers and stakeholders.
- Support implementation, testing, rollout, and adoption.
What We’re Looking For

3–5 years in Solutions Engineering, Business Technology, Data/Integration Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.
- Experience with data engineering and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and integrations.
- Experience with SaaS, CRM, ERP, cloud, and business applications.
- Experience building automation, prototypes, and lightweight solutions.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve technical delivery and productivity.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and business consulting skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and work across different technologies.
We’re looking for a builder and technical generalist—not a traditional Business Analyst or pre-sales-only Solutions Engineer.
