We are looking for a versatile Business Technology Analyst with a strong blend of Sales Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Business Technology experience. This role is ideal for a technology generalist who understands how technology enables business processes and can effectively bridge business requirements with technology execution.


The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience across the Go-to-Market (GTM) technology ecosystem, understands end-to-end sales and revenue processes, and can translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and other business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify gaps, and translate business needs into technology solutions.
  • Analyze and improve end-to-end GTM, sales, and revenue operations processes through technology, automation, and integrations.
  • Serve as a bridge between business teams, technology teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
  • Support the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce and other CRM platforms, including HubSpot.
  • Work across the broader GTM technology stack, including CRM, CLM, ERP, sales/revenue applications, and related enterprise platforms.
  • Support enterprise application integrations (EAI) and data flows between CRM, CLM, ERP, and other business systems.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, automate manual processes, improve data quality, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Support solution evaluation, testing/UAT, implementation, adoption, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Use AI-powered tools to improve productivity, accelerate analysis, solve business and technology problems, automate workflows, and enhance solution delivery.
  • Troubleshoot cross-application business and technology issues and coordinate with appropriate teams through resolution.


What We’re Looking For


  • 5–7 years of experience
    in Business Technology, Business Systems Analysis, Revenue Operations Technology, Sales Operations Technology, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of how technology enables business processes, particularly across Sales and Revenue Operations.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce and experience with other CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Experience working with CLM, ERP, and Go-to-Market applications.
  • Understanding of enterprise application integration (EAI), APIs, system integrations, data flows, and application dependencies.
  • Experience translating business requirements into functional requirements, workflows, system enhancements, and technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI-powered tools to improve productivity, analysis, problem-solving, and solution delivery.
  • Comfortable operating as a versatile technology generalist across multiple applications, processes, and business functions.
  • Ability to work effectively with distributed teams during U.S. business hours.
  • Must be based in the United States.


Preferred Experience


Experience across the Lead-to-Revenue / Quote-to-Cash ecosystem, including CRM, sales operations, contract lifecycle management, ERP, integrations, automation, reporting, and data-driven process improvement, will be highly valued.
