Key Responsibilities:

- Requirements gathering: Facilitate discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops; translate business needs into clear functional and nonfunctional requirements, user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria, and prioritized use cases.
- Solution planning: Work with IT teams (Salesforce Team, ERP Team, Operations Team, Data Team, and AI specialists) to build actionable plans that address process deficiencies and technology needs, including scope, dependencies, risks, data requirements, security considerations, expected benefits, implementation approach, and success measures.
- Business–IT translation: Serve as the primary go-between for IT and business stakeholders, translating operational needs into technology terms and technical constraints into clear business implications.
- Solution evaluation: Assess whether needs can be met through existing systems, configuration, integration, new technology, or process change; support options analysis and recommendations.
- Project support: Partner with project managers, system owners, vendors, and technical teams throughout design, testing, deployment, adoption, and post-implementation review.
- Testing and validation: Coordinate business validation and user acceptance testing, confirm solutions meet approved requirements, and track issues through resolution.
- Adoption and change enablement: Help stakeholders prepare for new processes and tools by supporting communications, training, documentation, and feedback collection.
- Governance and responsible AI: Promote appropriate security, privacy, data quality, compliance, and ethical-use practices when evaluating and implementing AI-enabled solutions.
