Business Strategist I

Your job

Indeed is seeking a Strategist to join our Revenue Process Automation team. Revenue Process Automation partners across functions to automate and scale efficient business processes using core and emerging technologies,  scale operations, and enhance Sales efficiencies through strategic initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing and optimizing workflows, building and managing agentic and automation solutions, running sales programs, managing projects across diverse business partners and presenting data driven recommendations to senior management. The Strategist will work closely with Client Success, Sales, and GRO Effectiveness & Enablement leadership to help define, prioritize, and execute on strategic initiatives that elevate revenue, foster operational scalability, and enhance customer satisfaction. Who you are

• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to drive operational excellence and scalability in a dynamic environment
• Employ data to derive strategic insights and recommendations to present to senior management
• Partner with cross functional teams to drive program and process improvements that maximize scale, customer experience and align with business goals
• Proactively share insights with colleagues to drive collaboration and innovation against business goals
• Provide timely updates on program performance and key metrics, fostering motivation and clear communication across different markets
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational and data challenges, ensuring clear communication to business partners, effective resolution with partner teams and sustainable root cause analysis

Who we are

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience
• Demonstrated experience in automation platforms like n8n to build, test, pilot, and scale automations
• Proven success integrating LLMs, Agentic Solutions, and other AI based Tooling to drive efficiency across customer facing teams
• Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio) to create actionable reports
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL experience or willingness to develop SQL proficiency
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle diverse business challenges
• Results-oriented with solid attention to detail and a solid commercial/business insight
• Proven project management skills with experience in process evaluation and driving operational improvements

Salary Range Disclaimer

The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. Compensation may also vary based on where a role is performed, as work locations are grouped into geographic pay tiers to reflect cost of labor differences in different geographic markets. Salary Range Transparency

Tier 1 - United States of America 78,000 - 116,00 USD per year

Tier 2 - United States of America 86,000 - 130,000 USD per yearTier 3 - United States of America 95,000 - 143,000 USD per year
