HarperCollins Publishers is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Product Manager. In this role, you will support the intake, prioritization, requirements, and adoption of business intelligence products, dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics capabilities delivered by the Data & Analytics organization. You will serve as the voice of the customer for BI products, translating business requests, user needs, feedback, and ideas into clear requirements and working with delivery teams to turn them into practical BI solutions. You will help manage backlog input, support delivery prioritization, and help ensure BI products deliver measurable business value within objectives established by Data & Analytics leadership. The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of how organizations use data with deep familiarity with modern BI platforms and is equally comfortable working with stakeholders, defining product needs, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the business.

The salary range for this position is $130,000-$145,000. We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company. As a result, we aim for flexibility in structuring competitive compensation offers to ensure we are able to attract the best candidates. The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
