Boomerang BPO is hiring a senior Business Development Officer (BDO) to build and manage a high-quality UK sales pipeline. This role focuses on qualifying opportunities, conducting client assessments, and shaping commercially sound proposals that are ready for CEO-level negotiation.

The BDO will lead the early and mid stages of the sales cycle, including discovery, solution design, pricing, and proposal development, ensuring all opportunities are structured, validated, and aligned to business goals.

Success in this role means consistently delivering qualified, proposal-ready deals, improving conversion rates, and reducing leadership involvement in early-stage sales.

This is a strategic, commercially focused role, ideal for someone experienced in B2B or enterprise sales, with strong consultative selling and pricing expertise.



Requirements

Essential

  • Proven experience in B2B business development or enterprise sales, ideally in international markets (UK/EU exposure advantageous)
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Solid commercial acumen, including pricing, deal structuring, and financial understanding
  • Ability to create clear, client-ready proposals and presentations
  • Experience managing pipelines and maintaining CRM systems (e.g., Zoho)
  • Confident communicating with C-suite clients in a remote, video-led environment
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail

Advantageous

  • Experience in BPO, CX (Customer Experience), or professional services
  • Familiarity with FTE/seat-based pricing models
  • Exposure to RFP processes or open-book costing models
