Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field, digital, referral, and local networking activities.
  
• Qualify prospective customers and understand their requirements.
  
• Present products and services effectively.
  
• Convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
  
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  
• Represent the organization professionally within the assigned territory.
  

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
  
• Ability to communicate in:
  
  • Hindi (Mandatory)
    
  • One Local Language of the Assigned Territory (Mandatory)
    
• Must be willing to work within the assigned territory.
  
• Honest, sincere, and committed towards work.
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  

Good to Have

• Basic communication skills.
  
• Sales, marketing, customer service, or business development experience.
  
• Ability to interact confidently with customers and business owners.
