Are you bored with your job?
You’re hitting your sales targets and doing well. But there’s something about your role that just isn’t doing it for you anymore. You’re seeking a new challenge, in a company that rewards talent. You’ve built up your own network from successfully selling to life science decision makers, but you’re not truly reaping the value in your current role. You also want more ownership over your role than you're getting, and your say in the bigger picture. In fact, you want your voice to be heard in how the company is run at large.
We have the role that you didn’t know you were looking for.
Impatient Health is a young, fast-growing company, which is a mix of innovation consultancy and think-tank, with a big mission to challenge the status quo within life sciences. We have some incredible assets – (i) knowing everyone in the industry, (ii) being viewed as trusted and 'independent', (iii) having a well-known CEO who is known as a disruptor.
Your role:
We're 5 years old and it's time to hit the accelerator and take our offering growth to a new level. You'll help take us there.
Due to the size and quality of our network - we've already attracted an impressive roster of clients - from disruptive start-ups through to industry giants. We need your help to grow our customer base and expand this market-validated offering to new companies.
Let's be honest - the pharma industry is generally very traditional and doesn’t have a great reputation.
Yet the work it does is life-or-death important, and health is a very emotive industry. It could be so much better - and we want to help it get there.
Impatient Health is a catalyst for change within pharma. We connect those who believe that pharma has great untapped potential and are desperate to do things differently.
Our in person events and webinars are for pharma’s rebels - people who want to light a fire under our industry, not just collect lanyards.
Despite being young as a company, we have some incredible assets – (i) knowing everyone in the industry, (ii) having an ‘independent’ positioning, and (iii) having a well-known CEO who is a disruptor & thought-leader.
This gives us a unique platform from which to challenge others and inspire them to do better for patients.

You’re creative in your approach, constantly testing new ways to engage with prospective clients.
You’re keen to dive in head first and keep learning about the industry, to ensure that you can speak the same language as your prospects.
Desired (but not a dealbreaker): exposure to the life sciences sector, or to selling sponsorship within the events industry
About you:

Tenacious. You don't give up at the first hurdle - you have an inner drive to overcome whatever challenge stands in your way.
