Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic Sales Executive to drive sales with small and mid-size pharmaceutical and Bio-Tech clients. The ideal candidate has experience selling healthcare data or marketing solutions and understands how life sciences and Bio-Tech companies engage clinicians. This quota-carrying role will position HealthLink’s HCP engagement solutions and support clients in maximizing provider data, clinical insights, and omnichannel strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Win new clients by presenting and selling HealthLink’s solutions.
  • Identify opportunities through prospecting and industry contacts.
  • Articulate product value to marketing and commercial teams.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and HCP engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success.
  • Negotiate proposals, pricing, and contracts.
  • Advise clients on data accuracy and campaign optimization.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales, preferably in life sciences or healthcare marketing.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and break into new accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of HCP engagement and omnichannel marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms.
  • Willingness to travel for client and company meetings as needed.
