What You Will Do:

• Provide assistance to business client advisors and perform technical work in the management of documentation

• Assist in coordinating activities that enable efficient client service and business performance

• Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment

• Perform other tasks relevant to the role given by the business client advisor

What We Expect:

• Basic knowledge of financial products and solutions in the bank

• Higher education in economics, finance or banking is an advantage

• Independence in finding solutions in non-standard situations

• Ability to build relationships and connect with people easily

• Confidence in making outbound calls and proactively seeking new contacts

• Fluent in Lithuanian and English in any spoken and written communication
