About the Opportunity:

Welldone Chemical LLC is seeking a Coating, Painting & Construction Chemicals Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in Brazil. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong sales expertise in HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP applications. This is a full-time remote contractor position in Brazil.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Develop and execute sales strategies for HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the coating, painting, putty, ceramic tile adhesive, and mortar industries.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Benchmark competitors like Lotte Fine Chemical and Ashland Cellulose Ether to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.

·  5+ years of sales experience in coating, painting, and construction chemicals.

·  Proven track record of managing key accounts and distributors, in Brazil.

·  Deep understanding of HEC, MHEC, HPMC, RDP, and their applications.

·  Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.

·  Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus).

·  Willingness to travel as necessary to meet business objectives.
