Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online) (Remote)

And we’re looking for a Bookkeeper to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Maintain monthly bookkeeping records for multiple client accounts using QuickBooks Online
2. Ensure all bookkeeping records are current through the previous month
3. Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
4. Prepare bookkeeping files that are complete and ready for review
5. Manage multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines
6. Follow established bookkeeping procedures and company workflows
7. Communicate professionally regarding tasks, updates, and clarifications

Qualifications:
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online
• Experience managing bookkeeping for multiple client accounts
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High level of English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and follow established processes

Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: Part-Time (4 hours per day)
Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package: 35,000.00
• Competitive salary based on experience
