BizDev / Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager — someone who sees opportunities where others see potential, and knows how to turn them into real partnerships. You’ll drive our growth by finding new advertisers, exploring GEOs, building strong relationships, and connecting the right offers with the right traffic — while helping shape the commercial direction of the business.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Affiliate Management or Partnerships in iGaming.
• Strong understanding of iGaming, affiliate marketing and CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.
• Experience working with advertisers, operators, affiliate networks and programs.
• Proven experience in finding new advertisers/partners, outbound outreach and building a sales pipeline.
• Understanding of GEOs, market trends and advertiser demand.
• Experience with Facebook Media Buying and matching traffic needs with relevant offers.
• Strong negotiation, communication and commercial skills.
• Proactive, independent mindset with full ownership of the BD process.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
   

• Find and attract new advertisers and partners for the Media Buying team etc.
• Research markets, GEOs and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage the full client lifecycle from prospecting to long-term partnership.
• Grow existing partnerships through increased traffic, budgets and GEOs.
• Reactivate inactive clients and develop new opportunities.
• Work closely with Media Buying to find relevant offers and traffic opportunities.
• Maintain the CRM and client pipeline and build long-term partnerships.
  
  Will be a plus:
• Existing network of advertisers or brands.
• Experience with multiple GEOs and performance marketing models.
