Billing Specialist - Night Shift

We provide end-to-end billing resolution to our internal and external customers. This involves investigating and responding to customer billing inquiries. Also, work with cross-functional groups to ensure the timely closure of a billing issue.

Partner with the best

Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through end-to-end processes. Resolve billing issues while collaborating across teams. You will build close relationships and address significant challenges within the Customer Revenue Operations team.

As a Contract/Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Being a single point of contact for customer billing queries
• Onboarding new customers and introducing them to all aspects of Akamai billing
• Partnering with other internal customers for the timely resolution of customer billing queries
• Communicating and managing any billing information changes
• Tracking the availability of Purchase Order funds, accuracy, and timely availability of POs
• Managing appropriate invoice delivery (mail, email, portal submission) methods

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree
• Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role with the US customers
• Have good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Have good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrate familiarity with Siebel, Oracle, Salesforce, and MS Excel for effective use in relevant tasks and operations.
