Billing Offshore Coordinator

The Billing Offshore Coordinator is responsible for coordinating key billing and cash management functions to support the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. This role serves as the primary liaison between the onshore billing team and the offshore operations team, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient completion of daily billing support activities.

• Shift is Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm (pacific time). 
• Applicant must be able to work from home and live in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management within the healthcare industry, preferably in a laboratory environment, with demonstrated knowledge of billing operations, payment posting, cash reconciliation, and accounts receivable processes.
• Strong proficiency in XIFIN or a comparable healthcare revenue cycle management system, with experience supporting billing workflows, payment processing, reporting, and operational activities.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating or leading offshore or remote operational teams, including assigning work, monitoring productivity, ensuring quality, and meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Hiring range: $30.00 to $40.00. The actual rate will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
