Oversee and support billing and collections team processes by monitoring quality, productivity, aging accounts, and claim appeals, while resolving or escalating issues. Train and guide team members, communicate process updates, maintain billing procedures, and collaborate with management and quality assurance while protecting confidentiality and ensuring HIPAA compliance.
Job Summary
The Billing and Collections Team Lead is responsible to oversee and assist Billing and Collections Specialists to ensure team processes are followed and assignments are completed in a timely manner. Assist leadership in assuring confidentiality is maintained and HIPAA compliance is adhered to. Pay starts at $21.54 hourly.
