ROLE TITLE
Bilingual Spanish Sales / Appointment Setter
ROLE SUMMARY
You are the first point of contact for prospective customers and play a critical role in converting inbound interest into qualified sales opportunities.
This is not a customer support role. Your responsibility is to engage with inbound leads, assess their needs, qualify their potential, and ensure every qualified prospect is efficiently moved into the sales pipeline.
On a daily basis, you will encounter:
- high volumes of inbound inquiries
- leads with varying levels of buying intent
- incomplete customer information
- scheduling conflicts
- prospects requiring multiple follow-ups
Your role is to maintain momentum throughout the sales process by ensuring no qualified opportunity is overlooked and every lead receives timely, professional follow-up.
This position requires initiative, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and confidence speaking with prospects. Waiting for reminders before following up or relying on constant supervision will result in missed opportunities.
Filtering Signal: This role is not suitable for individuals who are uncomfortable with voice communication, proactive follow-up, or working in a fast-paced sales environment.
