is currently seeking a Bilingual Account Relationship Associate. This is a permanent, remote position based out of the Sudbury, ON area. The successful candidate will be a passionate, goal-oriented professional responsible for driving revenue and increasing market share within an assigned geographic territory. This role is a perfect fit for a sales professional with an education-focused background who enjoys building deep, consultative relationships.

Note on Schedule: This is a work-from-home role that requires residency in the Sudbury geographical area. Some travel will be required for sales meetings, conferences, and on-site presentations to clients and organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Territory Growth: Drive revenue by increasing market share and penetration through both inbound and outbound sales approaches.

  • Strategic Partnering: Research and analyze the strategic needs of assigned accounts to align the company as a primary vendor partner.

  • Consultative Solutions: Work directly with clients to assess needs, define products, and create quotes that exceed customer expectations.

  • Presentations: Coordinate and lead customer sales activities, including conducting engaging presentations to schools and other professional organizations.

  • Collaborative Selling: Function as a key member of a cross-functional team, leveraging internal departments to maximize revenue and resolve escalated issues.

  • Pipeline Management: Effectively use CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage time, resources, and sales leads while providing updated market intelligence.

  • Contract Negotiation: Work independently to perform job duties including negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts for each account.

  • Process Improvement: Actively identify opportunities to enhance work processes and tactfully suggest more efficient ways of operating to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Education/Background: Must have a background in the Education sector or an ECE (Early Childhood Educator) designation.

  • Experience: 2+ years of solution-based sales experience (Inside or Field sales preferred).

  • Bilingualism: Fluently bilingual in English and French (written and oral) is mandatory.

  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in territory planning, pipeline management, and navigating complex, multi-product sales.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and the ability to conduct high-impact presentations.

  • Collaboration: A commitment to a collaborative, team-based sales environment and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Technical Aptitude: Operational knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
