You will design, build, and maintain core data infrastructure while developing robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake and AWS. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate financial workflows into scalable data models and ensuring high data quality through automated testing and governance.
Note: For our technical positions, we love to get you started in person! You may be required to travel to Medford for your initial onboarding. Don't worry about the logistics - once you're hired, we handle all travel arrangements and expenses for you.
Role Description and Mission:
Agero is seeking a Data Engineer who is passionate about data and eager to make a meaningful impact. You will design, build, and maintain the core data infrastructure that powers our analytics. In this role, you will collaborate directly with product, engineering, and business professionals to deeply understand our operational business model and translate it into effective data solutions. A major focus of this role will be supporting our finance data modeling, specifically managing data integrations for our current ERP system (EBS) and driving the upcoming migration to Workday. We are looking for an engineer who prioritizes code reusability, scalable architecture, data governance, and CI/CD best practices to deliver reliable, high-quality, and secure data.

The base salary range presented represents the anticipated low and high end salary range for new hires in this position.
