Wage Transparency: The base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. The base salary offered will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications and required skills level. The actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

As a Benefits Analyst at Group Force, you are an integral part of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. This role focuses on renewals, new business, financial analysis, and preparing client deliverables, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely execution of all work. What You’ll do

  • Manage an assigned advisor block and support relationships, including renewals, new business, experience reports, and marketing presentations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial data, including premium calculations, rate comparisons, and claims experience.
  • Assist with the marketing of new business and renewal cases by gathering quotes, preparing proposals, and comparing carrier offerings.
  • Create and maintain client deliverables such as presentations, reports, and summaries with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Ensure all data entry and documentation are accurate, complete, and up to date across internal systems.
  • Maintain proper organization of all work within internal systems (SharePoint, OneDrive, Salesforce), ensuring files are easily accessible and well-documented.
  • Liaise with advisors, carriers, and internal teams to gather information, resolve issues, and support ongoing client needs.
  • Monitor timelines and deadlines to ensure deliverables are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and efficiencies within day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Provide general support to the team as needed, including assisting with special projects and ad hoc requests.

 

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience within the Group Benefits industry, preferably in an MGA setting.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively with advisors and team members.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and internal systems such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Salesforce.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and client service.
  • Professional benefits designation is an asset (such as GBA, CEBS, etc.)
