Job Description

You’ll have control over how your diary is structured, with flexibility across community, clinic and work-from-home options. We focus on outcomes and quality care, not chasing unrealistic numbers.

What You’ll Do
Based at Mulgrave you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

The Mulgrave office has a team of 21 clinicians with a make up of:
11 OT's, 5 Speech Pathologist's, 3 Physiotherapist's, 1 Behaviour Support Practitioner and 1 Allied Health Assistant.

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need
· PBS Registration - Proficient Suitability or above
. Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
· Driver’s license and own vehicle
· NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
. Minimum of 4 years' experience within Behaviour Support
