This is a remote position.
We're looking for someone to own our outbound engine from the ground up.
Not someone who wants to sit in meetings.
Not someone who wants to watch sales happen.
Someone who wants to build pipeline.
Your job is simple: find the right people, start the right conversations, and help turn those conversations into demos.
You'll work directly with the founders on one of the most important problems in any startup: getting in front of potential customers.
No playbook.
No micromanagement.
No activity for the sake of activity.
Just a clear outcome: more qualified conversations with the right people.
Build and maintain prospect lists across startups, SMBs, and fast-growing companies
Research companies, founders, HR leaders, and decision-makers
Run outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels
Write outreach messages that earn responses, not ignore folders
Follow up consistently and professionally
Track outreach performance and identify what is actually working
Experiment with targeting, messaging, and sequencing to improve results
Work closely with founders to convert outreach into qualified demos
Qualified prospects identified
Meaningful conversations started
Meetings and demos booked
Outreach systems that can scale
Consistent contribution to pipeline growth

Comfortable reaching out to people you've never met

Experience is helpful.
