About the Role:

Olive & June is looking for an Assistant Manager of Retention Marketing to own execution across our email and SMS channels while taking strategic ownership of our retention programs. This is a high-visibility role on a fast-moving team. You’ll be a key driver of how we keep customers engaged, coming back, and deepening their relationship with the brand.

You’ll report to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing & CRM and work closely with the creative team, ecommerce team, and data partners to build strategy and programs that move the needle.

  • A/B test ideation, execution, and documentation of learnings
