The company develops innovative systems used by manufacturers, installers and industrial partners to improve efficiency, reliability and performance within production environments.

As the organisation continues to expand its presence in the UK market, it is now looking to appoint an Area Sales Manager to drive commercial development and strengthen partnerships across the territory.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing business across the UK, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition and partner development.

You will act as the main commercial contact in your territory, building relationships with distributors, installers and industrial customers while identifying new market opportunities.


Your responsibilities will include:


● Developing and executing your territory sales strategy
● Identifying and securing new business opportunities
● Building long-term relationships with industrial partners and distributors
● Managing customer projects and sales opportunities from first contact to closing
● Expanding the company’s presence within your market
● Representing the company at industry events and meetings
● Managing your pipeline and achieving sales targets


This is a field-based role combining autonomy, business development and strategic account management, with remote working across the UK.



Requirements

This role is suited to an experienced industrial sales professional with a strong business development mindset.

You should meet the following criteria:


● 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in industrial or technical environments
● Proven experience in field sales or territory management
● Experience selling to industrial distributors, installers, contractors or manufacturing companies
● A strong track record in new business development and customer acquisition
● Ability to manage project-based or solution-based sales cycles
● Comfortable working independently from a home office while managing a territory
● Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
● Willingness to travel frequently across the UK


The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, proactive and results-driven, with a strong motivation to develop business in a growing market.
