About the Role

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Area Sales Manager to generate revenue, expand market presence, and execute strategic sales initiatives within an assigned territory. This role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building strong relationships with healthcare providers.

In this position, you will represent innovative aesthetic medical technology and work closely with physicians and clinical teams to deliver solutions that enhance patient care and practice growth.


What You’ll Do

Territory Growth & Sales Execution

  • Meet or exceed established territory sales quotas

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and relationship building

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and clinic decision-makers

  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and cross-sell additional products

Customer Engagement

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for physicians and clinical staff

  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and clinical applications

  • Provide consultative guidance based on practice goals and patient needs

Pipeline & Account Management

  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and track opportunities through CRM systems

  • Deliver accurate forecasting and performance reporting

  • Manage multiple deals and time-sensitive opportunities simultaneously

Collaboration & Representation

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events

  • Collaborate with internal teams including clinical specialists and sales leadership

  • Share insights and best practices across the broader sales organization

Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience

  • 2+ years of sales experience

  • Experience selling medical devices, capital equipment, surgical devices, or aesthetic technology preferred

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to build trusted relationships with physicians and medical professionals

  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn product details

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred

Travel

This role requires approximately 60% travel within the assigned territory, including visits to medical practices, clinics, and industry events.


Physical Requirements

  • Frequently lift or move items up to 10 lbs

  • Occasionally lift or move items up to 80 lbs (for product demonstrations)
