We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Appointment Setter to connect with potential customers, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is comfortable initiating conversations, handling objections, and consistently following up with prospects to generate qualified meetings.
Responsibilities
Contact potential customers through outbound calls, email, social media, and other communication channels.
Introduce the company, products, or services to prospective customers in a professional and engaging manner.
Qualify leads by identifying customer needs, requirements, interest, and potential fit.
Schedule qualified appointments, meetings, consultations, or demonstrations for the sales team.
Confirm scheduled appointments and follow up with prospects to reduce no-shows.
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects who are not immediately ready to schedule.
Handle basic questions and objections while maintaining a positive and professional approach.
Accurately record prospect information, conversations, appointments, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
Manage calendars and coordinate appointment times between prospects and sales representatives.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting and activity targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are properly transferred and followed up.
Provide feedback regarding prospect responses, objections, and common customer needs.
