We are seeking a driven and highly communicative professional based in China to manage software compliance and anti-piracy cases within the region. This is a full-time contractor position beginning with a 3-month trial period to ensure mutual fit, followed by a 2-year renewable contract. You will be the crucial bridge between our investigative data and the businesses we engage with, taking ownership of cases from the first contact through to resolution.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Case Management: Managing the full lifecycle of software compliance and anti-piracy cases within the Chinese market.
  • Direct Engagement: Proactively engaging with businesses via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to resolve compliance issues.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing investigation data and organizing findings meticulously using CRM tools.
  • Strategy & Outreach: Generating leads and optimizing regional outreach strategies specifically tailored to the Mandarin-speaking business landscape.
  • Reporting: Providing ad hoc reports and strategic insights to support ongoing business growth.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Location & Language: Must be based in China. Native Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) is essential, alongside fluent English.
  • Experience: 1+ years in customer engagement, sales, or support (a sales-driven/B2B background is highly preferred).
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Work Style: Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting and thrive in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation abilities and a deep understanding of Chinese business etiquette and communication culture.
